We could read in other posts about the importance of water and how Healthy and important it is to drink Water every single day.
There are a lot of health benefits from drinking water and one of them is help losing weight! That's amazing! You know why? Because we needed to drink it anyway!
How does Water help to lose weight?
To start with, it is 100% calorie free, unlike a lot of other beverages.
Your body needs energy by heating up the water to digest it. Imagine it needs even more energy to digest cold water!
The next reason for water to be helpful in losing weight is that our stomach senses when it is full. The brain catches those senses and will send out a 'note' to stop eating. So it will help to drink water before and after your meal.
Another reason is that without water, our body will have a hard time to process stored fat. This process is called lipolysis and drinking water is essential for burning off that fat.
How much water do you need per day to lose weight?
This is a hard question and the internet is full of answers. So what it the correct answer? Let's explore about the meaningful elements.
There is something called the 8x8 rule. This means 8 classes of 8 ounce per day. But this a general rule. What if you exercise regularly? We have to drink more.
What we think is a better 'rule': drink water until your urine is not yellow anymore.

If you look at our body, 60 percent is made up of water and our blood is even made up of 90 percent of water. Therefore it is crucial to drink good quality water, to refresh this water in your body every single day. But not every source of water is a Healthy source of water.
