Ginger, that spice, with that lovely spicy taste which you can use in many ways, provides an alkalizing effect on the body and can reduce acid reflux!
You probably have already heard something about Alkaline. It is a drink or food with a higher pH level than tap water for instance.
The pH level has a scale from 0 to 14, from acidic to Alkaline.
Alkaline water or food has the function to neutralize the acid in our body. Besides the higher pH level, it also contains a negative ORP (oxidation reduction potential). The more negative, the better, the more anti-oxidizing it is.
Ginger is common in food and medicine around the world. It has it's origin in Southeast Asia. Ginger is rich in natural chemicals and can promote your heath and wellness.
