Why we should consumer organic supplements

Updated: Sep 30, 2020

There are so many different kinds of vitamins nowadays. Vitamins, super greens, minerals, and all those different supplements. Organic or inorganic. We can read a lot about which vitamin, super greens, mineral or supplement we need to consume, but what is the difference between organin and inorganic and what is best to consume?!

Organic or inorganic?

The way elements in a compound are connected determines whether it is inorganic or organic. Let's look at some definitions:

Argiculturally inorganic: The food grown is tainted whith chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. If this is the case, our body has to process the added chemicals. Our body sees this chemicals als toxins and therefore takes nutrients from the body to deal with the toxins.

Argiculturally organic: The food grown is tainted whithout chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

Chemically inorganic: this means the chemical composition is whithout carbon.

Chemically organic: this means the chemical composition is with carbon.

Nutrionally inorganic: this means it is without any organic carbon-based molecule. Nutrionally organic: this means it is with any organic carbon-baed molecule. This means that it is bound to organic molecules. This form of a mineral means that it is able to be absorbed faster in our body and therefore available for the body to use.

Natural or synthetic vitamins

Vitamins come in two different forms, natural and synthetic.

A natural vitamin comes from a plant or an animal and is not artificial. It exists in its orginal state in nature.

A synthetic vitamin, in most cases, has the same chemical structure as the natural vitamin, but it is produces artificially by sunthesis of simpler materials.

Compounds found in the natural vitamins do not contain potentially harmful ingredients, while they may be found in the synthetic vitamin. Natural vitamins are much richer in enzymes, catalysts, synergists, minerals and proteins. These will not be found in the synthetic vitamin. Synthetic vitamins can cause toxic reactions.

How can we recognize a natural or synthic vitamin?

Synthetic vitamins and minerals often contain salt forms like palmatate, nitrate, sulfate, chloride, hydrochloride, succinate bitartrate, gluconate and acetate.
